Color Challenge: Breath of fresh air

Hi everyone, it’s Chrissy here with a new Color Challenge. I don’t know about you, but I love those first few days that have a hint of winter. When the skies are clear at night so you can see all the stars and the air has that crisp fresh feeling. It’s time to dig out the cosy jumpers and planning family film nights.
My inspiration this month comes from that feeling of chilly freshness. I can just imagine stepping out of here into the morning sun and enjoying the view.

Two of my creative team members were also inspired by this image to create these lovely pages.
First up is Shannon (Shannonr) with this great photo of a recent Team meet-up. I love the use of the Chippy Foundations as it adds so much texture to the page, and the large photo centres those happy faces. Those little stars pinning the titleart are so fun.

Shannon used Loosely Labeled Stacks Daily 01; Curated Team Favorite Teen Boy Kit; Chippy Foundations Paper Pack 06; Hand Drawn Football Lines 01.
Next up is Cori (CoriK) with this gorgeous page of a recent trip. The blues of the sky are so vibrant, I want to walk right into the photo! And the colors were perfect for this challenge. I also love the blending of the masks and painted elements, just perfect.
Cori used Booked Blue Botanical Scrapbooking Collection; Photo Clusters 62; Fading Photo Masks 01; Taped Together Overlays 04; Fading Words Stamps and Layers 06; Vintage Blendable Palettes 02; Waterworks Painted Foundations 01.
Now it’s your turn. Katie has generously provided a freebie pack which you are welcome to use on your page. Share your pages with us in the Color Challenge gallery so we can leave some love. Don’t forget to keep track of your challenges using 100 % Katie Pertiet Design products in the November challenges participation thread to earn store discount at the end of the month. I can’t wait to see where the inspiration takes you.
Happy scrapping!
