O Christmas Tree Template MashUp Challenge
I am so pleased to bring you the last Template MashUp Challenge of 2023. It’s always a hard job to choose two templates from the thousands in the KPD store. For this challenge we are focusing on Christmas trees! Fun! The assignment is easy: Use elements from the following two templates to design your own creative mashup. You can add a few additional KPD products to complete your page. (Templates are on sale Buy One Get One Free through Thursday.)
Decorated With Love Layered Template
The Creative Team is bringing you an outstanding collection of inspiration pages to give you some examples of creative ways to combine these templates. The first example is this charming page by Julie (Maggie Mae.) She used the general arrangement of the first template, added the sweetest central image and finished it off with carefully chosen elements from the second template. I really like the way Julie made the page border red and sparkly! She used a background paper from Arctic Whites Paper Pack 04 as her only additional element.
Our next inspiration page is by Mel (britgirl) and features her favorite subjects, Juno and Maggie. Her page really illustrates O Christmas Tree as she has featured them in her background, border and brushes! Mel’s only addition to the template elements is Minted Christmas Paper.
Carol (oldbag165) has also used her favorite pups for the subject of her page. They look adorable sitting on Santa’s lap and clipped to the blend-y mask! Did you notice the diagonal design of Carol’s page? Perfection! Carol also used the following products in her finished design: Christmas Spectacular Bundle, Rustique Noel Solids and Lens Flares Colors.
Valerie (nana_vg) is the designer of our next inspiration page. Valerie surrounded her adorable photo with a wonderful collection of elements from the challenge templates. Valerie also used the following products on her page: Stamp Sets Jolly, Christmas Spectacular Solids Paper Pack and ART options Mini Mix 32.
Barbara’s (grantlaurensmom) page is full of fun! From her creative background to her fun photos to the addition of the template elements, she filled her page with inspiration! Barbara’s additional products are: Light Strings 01, Christmas Market Scrapbook Bundle, Golden Pattern Overlays o1, Golden Season Star Clusters, Plainly Woven Paper Pack 02.
I’m (grandmalynnie) so thankful Rosie’s mom posts her photos on Facebook for me to steal! I loved this photo and decided it had to stay big. My background paper is Happy Christmas Sparkles Paper Pack.
