Story Scrapbook Challenge : What makes you happy

Simple question – what makes you happy?  Is it a feeling, a sense, an activity, a tangible thing?  A feeling of happiness may be fleeting right now or long lasting.   Sometimes it takes a bit of reflection to even realise what makes you happy as we get caught up in the day to day happenings.  But I want you to answer this month in your story scrapbook page – what makes you happy?

So happiness to you may be a something – as simple as enjoying your morning cup of coffee,  satisfaction of wearing a particular pair of jeans,  the waggy tail of your dog,  a hug from your grandchild,  wearing a piece of jewellery?

Happiness for you could be an activity – spending time with your family,  dining out at your favourite restaurant,  cosying up on the couch watching a movie,  reading a good book,  baking a cake,  talking with a bestie?

Happiness might be a feeling – the feeling of being loved,   a big beautiful bear hug,  the sensation of standing before a gorgeous sunset,  looking up to the stars?

Happiness could be a season – summer, autumn, winter, spring?

Happiness could be having order in your life, or loud noisy chaos with the children, or driving long miles with the window down and wind in your hair,  or riding a train,  or dancing in the kitchen to your favourite tune, or being amongst hustle and bustle and crowds, or being completely on your own.

So big or small, I want you to take your snippet of your happiness and share it with us all.

The creative team have jumped on board with some terrific example pages, I am loving them and they have made me very happy reading the stories:

Lori-Anne (lmaggs) page just exudes happiness, it’s fun and bright coloured and has made me smile.  And she is right on the knocker there, happiness breeds happiness for sure.  I tell you though that font she’s used as made me downright happy, I’m off to check it out!
